It seems like India is all set to witness the country's biggest infighting i.e. between the BJP and the RSS. Yes! you heard it right. While Modi Cabinet 3.0 ministers took office on Tuesday, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat in his speech without taking BJP Chief JP Nadda's name fired back a response saying 'a true kar sevak is never arrogant'. Speaking at an RSS event in Nagpur, Mohan Bhagwat advised the new government and the Opposition, indicating that the approach to both election and governance should be tweaked. Below is Mohan Bhagwat said without taking JP Nadda's name-
"Election is a process of building consensus. Parliament has two sides so that both aspects of any question can be considered... Every issue has two sides. If one side is addressed by one party, the Opposition party should address the other dimension, so that we reach to the right decision," said Bhagwat adding, "Jo vastavik sevak hai, jisko vastavik sevak kaha ja sakta hai, woh maryada se chalta hai… Uss maryada ka paalan karke jo chalta hai woh karm karta hai lekin karmon mein lipt nahi hota. Usme ahankar nahin aata ki maine kiya. Aur wahi sevak kehlane ka adhikari rehta hai (A true sevak maintains decorum while working… The one who maintains decorum does his work, but remains unattached. There is no arrogance that I did this. Only such a person has the right to be called a sevak)"
What did JP Nadda say on RSS during Lok Sabha Polls 2024 campaign?
During the Lok Sabha elections, BJP chief JP Nadda said that the saffron party is now self-sufficient in contesting polls and doesn't need the RSS's help. Nadda said that the RSS is a cultural and social organisation and BJP is a political organisation.
It is pertinent to mention here that despite Nadda's remarks on RSS, he was allocated the portfolios of the Union Health Ministry and the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers Modi Cabinet 3.0. In the Modi government's second term, both ministries were held by Mansukh Mandaviya.
Former Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel while talking to a newswire said, "Mohan Bhagwat is saying so based on his experience. He must have said about the arrogance that is visible.
