In a new promo for Kaun Banega Crorepati 13, Riteish Deshmukh gives a romantic spin to a couple of Amitabh Bachchan's classic words. This week's Shandaar Shukravaar programme will include him and his wife Genelia Deshmukh as special guests.
Riteish got down on one knee and dedicated words from the film Kabhi Kabhie to Genelia in the promo, which was shared on Sony Television's social media networks. He then turned Kaalia's famous phrase into a twist, "Hum jahan khade hote hain…"

“Mere liye, jahaan tum khadi ho jaati ho, line wahin se shuru hoti hai,” Riteish remarked, blushing Genelia. She said, "How cute." He also delivered his own rendition of Shahenshah's phrase, "Rishte mein toh hum tumhare baap lagte hai."
“Rishte mein toh hum tumhare pati lagte hai, lekin naam hai Genelia sa navra (I am your spouse, but my name is Genelia's husband),” Riteish said, leaving everyone stunned. Amitabh clapped and said, "Waah waah.”
When Riteish visited Bengaluru for a Celebrity Cricket League match, he was identified for 'Genelia's spouse,' according to the new promo. Riteish stated he overheard two staff members referring to him as "Genelia's spouse" on Arbaaz Khan's chat programme Pinch. Riteish said, “Here, I am Genelia's spouse but in Maharashtra she is Riteish's wife”.
Meanwhile, as part of the Shaandaar Shukravaar episode, Amitabh has welcomed a number of superstars, including Deepika Padukone and Farah Khan, Jackie Shroff and Suniel Shetty, Virender Sehwag and Sourav Ganguly, and Olympic medalists Neeraj Chopra and PR Sreejesh.
