Robert Vadra’s Covid derails Priyanka Gandhi’s campaigning

As Robert Vadra finds himself Covid positive, Priyanka Gandhi self-isolates and cancels her election tour. She was scheduled to travel to Assam today. She is keeping her followers updated via her social media.

The election tour of Priyanka Gandhi came to an abrupt halt when her husband Robert Vadra, a businessman, tested positive for the pandemic COVID-19.

The top leader of the political party Congress has displayed maturity in handling this development and immediately cancelled all her plans and went into self-isolation together with Robert Vadra.

It is worth noting that she has tested negative for Corona.

As per the advice of her doctors, a few days of self-isolation has been decided by Priyanka Gandhi.

In a social media post, the veteran political leader said, "I'd like to apologise to everybody for not being able to be there. I wish all the candidates that I was supposed to campaign for the very, very best in the election. I hope all of you do well and the Congress is victorious."

She is taking care of her role as a party leader seriously. She campaigned in Kerala a few days back and had Corona infection of her family member had not come in the way, she was on her way to Assam for her election tour.
