Ever since the pandemic hit India, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat
broke his silence on the government handling of the crisis.
Mohan Bhagwat in his series of lectures ‘Positivity Unlimited’ telecasted on Saturday has said that the mere negligence displayed y all sections of the nation after the first Covid-19 wave ended has led India into the ongoing medical crisis.
Lashing out at administration and public RSS chief said, “After the first wave we all became negligent. People, governments, administration. We all knew this is coming. Doctors had warned us. Still, we were negligent.”
Stressing on the anticipations of the inevitable third wave during his series, Bhagwat said, “Now they tell us a third wave could be here. So should we fear it? Or have the right attitude to fight and win against the virus?"
Notably, with his harsh remarks, the RSS chief sought to prepare the nation for the future by learning a lesson from the prevailing situation. Amidst these troublesome times, Bhagwat encouraged Indians to develop confidence so that they can face the third wave with preparedness.

In his address, Bhagwat also referred to the office of former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill’s where a statement placed on his table read, "There is no pessimism in this office. We are not interested in the possibility of defeat. They do not exist."
He said that Indians need to have the same strong mindset in order to triumph over the pandemic.
"The cycle of life and death will continue…these matters cannot scare us. It is these very circumstances that will train us for the future," he added.
"Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. The courage to continue is the only thing that matters."
It may be noted here that RSS organizes “Positivity Unlimited” series of lectures to build some confidence and positivity among people amidst their battle against the contagious infection. The series of talks is telecasted live on the RSS’s Facebook page and its YouTube channel.
