Bollywood actor Salman Khan recently broke his silence on multiple death threats he received from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Salman Khan finally reacted to the death threats during a promotional event for his upcoming movie Sikandar. Salman further talked about shooting Sikandar in tight security as the movie was being filmed when an attack on his house in Mumbai took place and a few days after a threat was issued demanding Rs 5 crore from the actor.

"Bhagwan, Allah sab unpar hai. Jitni umar likhi hai, utni likhi hai. Bas yahi hai." This roughly translates to, "It's all up to God, Allah. What is written is written. That's all."

The 59-year-old actor acknowledged the challenges created by the heightened security cover provided to him following the threats and the shooting near his Mumbai apartment.

On shooting Sikandar in tight security, Salman in a conversation with Aamir Khan that has been shared on the 'Bhaijaan of Bollywood' YouTube channel, said, "Security ka taam jham kaafi tha because real locations the. Outdoor tha (There was a lot of security involved because of real locations, and we were shooting outdoors). So we had to be very careful. But by the grace of God, all went well."

Film-maker AR Murugadoss during the conversation said, "Yes. We shot at railway stations, from night till day. We had to take care of security issues. In real locations, there were around 200 people on the buildings, watching."

On the professional front, Salman will be seen in an action thriller movie titled Sikandar. Sikandar will be released in theaters on March 30, 2025. Directed by AR Murugadoss, it stars Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sharman Joshi in key roles.
