“Murad and the team of Endemol have had a couple of meetings with Salman Khan over the last 30 days, to discuss Master with him. Salman has liked the concept of the film, and has shown keen interest, however, is waiting for the team of Master to come to him with a bound script in Hindi, as a lot of elements from the Tamil original have to be tweaked to suit the sensibilities of Bollywood audience,”a source revealed close to the team.Salman was the obvious first choice for the team because the titular role of Master, played by Thalapathy Vijay in the original, has an aura and screen presence that can only be justified by a few superstars in Bollywood.
“The filmmakers decided that Salman's aura and personality are suitable for the role of Master. Salman will decide whether or not to make the film after listening to the screenplay narration. The Master team is currently rewriting the script, tweaking the second half of the original, and editing the longer parts to keep the Hindi runtime under control.
Salman is preparing for the release of Radhe, his Eid 2021 film, whose theatrical trailer is expected to hit the web soon. He's actually taking a break from the Tiger 3 shoot and will re-join the gang in Mumbai in the second week of April. According to reports, he will be juggling the promotions of Radhe and the Tiger 3 shoot in April and May.
Tiger 3 has an overseas schedule scheduled for June, but it all depends on the Covid-19 situation in Europe, and a final decision on traveling abroad will be made by the end of May. After finishing Tiger 3 in September of next year, Salman will work with Sajid Nadiadwala on Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.“If all goes as planned, Salman's next film after KEKD will be Master, which will begin shooting in February/March of next year.
