The image, shared on his Instagram, features the superstar in a rugged avatar, dressed in a suit and gripping a spear. His partially obscured face adds an air of mystery, hinting at a challenge and exciting role that has left fans eagerly speculating.
In an Instagram post, Salman Khan had promised that the teaser for his upcoming movie would drop on his birthday, December 27. Today, Salman Khan celebrates his 59th birthday, marking an illustrious career filled with numerous blockbuster hits. For years, he has stayed true to his promise to deliver a massive Eid release, cementing his bond with fans and his reputation as a consistent Bollywood actor and an inspiration.
Although Salman Khan’s Sikandar teaser release has been postponed to Saturday after former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s demise.
Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Sajid Nadiadwala production house, and the force behind Sikandar posted through its official X handle on Friday morning a couple of hours before the scheduled teaser launch at 11:07 am: “In light of the passing of our esteemed former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Ji, we regret to announce that the release of the Sikandar teaser has been postponed to 28th December 11:07 AM. Our thoughts are with the nation during this time of mourning. Thank you for understanding." team 'Sikandar'.
The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by A.R. Murugadoss, is slated for a grand release during Eid 2025. Earlier this year, Salman treated fans to a behind-the-scenes image from the film set, offering a sneak peek into its making and building excitement among his followers.
In Saman's post, he was smiling while captured with the laughs shared in the front of the screen with director Murugadoss and producer Nadiadwala, while he breaks into a grin in his light blue shirt.
Earlier in May 2024, the production team made another announcement that actress Rashmika Mandanna had paired with Salman in Sikandar. This announcement was made through social media. Nadiadwala posted, "Welcoming the fabulous Rashmika Mandanna to star opposite Salman Khan in the upcoming movie Sikandar! Can't wait for their on-screen magic to unfold on Eid 2025!” Rashmika too was overjoyed and shared through her Instagram stories, “Surprise! I am so thankful and blessed to be part of Sikandar.”
