Salman Khan to return with Big Boss 15 soon; reveals commoners will be able to audition

Salman Khan has made some major announcements by the end of the Big Boss 14 finale. He added that people will be able to send their auditions for the next season and the audience will vote and decide the fate of the auditions, while more updates will be announced later, he said.

Big Boss season 14 grand finale was held yesterday night with popular Tv actress Rubina Dilaik declared as the winner and walking home with a cash prize of Rs 36 lakh. While singer Rahul Vaidya emerged as the first runner up and Nikki Tamboli stood as the second runner-up. Television actor Aly Goni, who has entered the show as Jasmin Bhasin's support, was voted out due to low votes. It was also revealed that the dance reality shows Dance Deewane 3 and Bawara Dil will replace Big Boss 14. The finale was star-studded and amazing performances from celebrities like Nora Fatehi, Dharmendra and Ritesh Deshmukh.  

Salman Khan also revealed that he will meet them after eight months which means there will be next season. He added that people will be able to send their auditions and the audience will vote and decide their fate. The selection process will be through the Voot app. Salman also added that more details of the same will be announced soon. As per reports, the new season might begin in September or October 2021. 

During a Weekend ka Vaar episode, Salman joked that will host the next season only if the makers agree to pay him a 15 per cent hike.

He had said, "After the show ends, we will move on to Pathan, Tiger, and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and by the time these films will end, some eight months later, it will be time for Bigg Boss to return with its next season and if that returns, your return is also guaranteed. I will also return if they offer me 15% raise."

The concept of commoners entering Big Boss is not new, it was first introduced in season 10 in 2016 and season 11 2017
