New Delhi: Under the Apprentice Act 1961 which gets changed as time passes, The State Bank of India (SBI) began the online application process for engagement as apprentices on Tuesday i.e. today.
To apply for SBI Apprentice recruitment the eligible applicants can visit sbi.co.in, which is the official portal of SBI. This recruitment process offered by SBI is filling up a total of 6,100 vacancies.
The candidates can apply for the SBI Apprentice recruitment program 2021 till July 26, 2021. The last date to print the form for the same is August 10, 2021. The fee paid for the SBI Apprentice recruitment needs to be paid between July 6 to July 26.
The Selection Process for the SBI Apprentice recruitment program 2021 includes the following steps:
(i)Online Written Test
(ii)Test of Local language
(iii)Medical Examination
The questions will be bilingual i.e., English & Hindi, except for the exam of General English. There will be negative marking for wrong answers in the Objective test. Each wrong answer means the deduction of 1/4th of the mark assigned for the question. The online examination will be held in the month of August 2021. General/Financial Awareness: 25 Marks, General English: 25 Marks, Quantitative Aptitude: 25 marks, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude: 25 Marks is the structure for the online exam.
To apply for the SBI Apprentice recruitment the age limit needs to be between 20 to 28 years as of 31.10.2020 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 01.11.1992 and not later than 31.10.2000.
For the candidates who belong to unreserved and economically weaker sections (EWS), can even apply for the maximum age. In the upper-class age limit, relaxation is applicable as per the guidelines from the Government of India for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
The applicants must be graduated from a reputed University/ Institute. The duration of training is of one year.
The candidates are fit for a benefit of Rs 15,000 per month for the period of one year. No other allowance will be given to the applicants. General/ OBC/ EWS category will have to pay Rs 300/- while for SC/ST/PWD no payment is required.
