Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik, who is continuously attacking NCB and its zonal officer Sameer Wankhede over the Aryan Khan drug case is now embroiled in a verbal spat with former chief minister Devendra Fadnavis.
The minister took to Twitter and extended his Diwali greetings. He also teased new revelations on Sunday, a day after the five-day festivities end, which are likely will exacerbate the problems
of NCB officer and Fadnavis.
“Happy Deepavali. May all of you have a very happy Diwali. There are many secrets inside hotel ‘The Lalit.’ Will see you all on Sunday," read a post by Malik.
"If the truth is revealed, it will be widely shared. And people will ask the reason behind your sadness," read another roughly translated tweet of the NCP leader.
Malik's tweet came amid his ongoing feud with BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis, in which the two have exchanged accusations and counter-allegations. While the 62-year-old politician has
accused the former chief minister of protecting drug peddlers and hosting "high-end" parties at a five-star Mumbai hotel during his tenure as chief minister, Fadnavis has accused Malik of having ties to the underworld.

Malik was a prominent player in the recent drugs-on-cruise case involving actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan and NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede, as he levelled a series of allegations
against the officer.
Nawab Malik's Wednesday tweet comes a day after he claimed Mr Wankhede had 2 lakh rupees shoes and 20 lakh rupees in watches.
Mr Wankhede's sister, Yasmeen Wankhede who is a lawyer, had connections to a known drug smuggler, according to the minister, who shared WhatsApp chats to back up his claim.
Mr Wankhede retaliated hours later, claiming that his sister is a criminal lawyer who does not handle cases involving the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS).
Where the officer dismissed comments about his wardrobe, his sister mocked Mr Malik for being inspired by one too many dramatic movies the night before.
