Secunderabad: Police have arrested 10 more people in connection with the arson and sabotage at Secunderabad railway station in Telangana against the Agnipath scheme of army recruitment. Meanwhile, two videos are viral on social media. In a video, two youths are seen setting fire to different berths of a train. In another video, several youths are seen damaging the doors and windows of train coaches and breaking glass with sticks.

According to media reports, regarding the sabotage at the Secunderabad railway station, the police said that the five accused had circulated messages as admins of several WhatsApp groups to the people willing to join the army join the violence. According to a report, a 23-year-old youth, Prithviraj, who played an important role in the arson at the railway station, has been arrested from Sonapur village in Adilabad district. According to the report, in a video seized by the police from the mobile phone of the accused, Prithviraj was seen setting fire to the berth of the train, which went viral on social media on June 22.
Police said, On investigation, it was found that when Prithviraj was setting fire to the coach, he asked his friends to shoot the video. We can identify him with the help of the video which was circulated in the WhatsApp group of the candidates who are interested in joining the army. The police have said that Prithviraj and another youth set fire to the seats of the train, a video of this is available.
Apart from this, the police have also seized another video, in which Prithviraj and others were seen damaging the doors and windows of train coaches and breaking glass with sticks. At the same time, according to the police remand report presented in the court, the accused confessed to the attack on the railway station.
