Suspicious movement spotted near Uri Army Camp; Security Forces open fire

The Indian security forces opened the fire after detecting a suspicious movement around the LoC in the Uri region of J&K's Baramulla district.

The Commanding Officer 53 Battalion CRPF, Vinay Kumar said,"Suspicious movement was detected around the camp of Army Artillery unit in Uri last night following which security personnel opened fire".

The operation is underway and no casualties have been reported so far.
