Fans perceived that she is hinting that it's her marriage anniversary and Lot of her fans greeted and congratulated Priyanka.

Soon after seeing the heartfelt greeting of her fans Priyanka Tweeted that it wasn’t her marriage anniversary. Well, she would surely celebrate her marriage anniversary in February though.
The 47-year-old politician made the miscommunication clear to the fans by tweeting “Thanks for all the anniversary wishes...but it just a throwback photo for the #SareeTwitter guys, my anniv is in Feb!”
But interestingly she also left a public message to her husband Robert Varda, she wrote “You can still take me out for dinner!" and ended the tweet with a wink emoji.
