Bollywood actor-filmmaker Randhir Kapoor has tested positive for Covid-19 and has been hospitalized, authorities at Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital confirmed on Thursday afternoon. Recently, senior actor Randhir Kapoor and his sister Rima Jain are hitting headlines for the property case of their late brother Rajeev Kapoor. The Bombay high court has asked them to submit Rajiv Kapoor’s divorce decree.
"Veteran actor Shri Randhir Kapoor is admitted to Kokilaben Ambani Hospital Mumbai for Covid-19 treatment last night. His condition remains stable," Dr. Santosh Shetty, CEO and Executive Director, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital has confirmed the news and has released this statement.
The 74-year-old actor who is also the father of actress Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan, and is married to actress Babita, has lately been busy with brother Rajiv’s property case. On Wednesday, Randhir informed that he was trying to trace the divorce papers to produce in court, and has debuted a tracer for the job.

Speaking with IANS about the property-related issue Randhir said, “my brother is divorced. I have to got to get the probate made. For that, I need his divorce papers. He used to stay in Pune and here. I can’t find it and I am tracing it. I have put a tracer on it and people are working on it. I don’t know where he has kept it. He is not here”. Rajiv Kapoor Passed away on 9 February this year. According to the petition filed Rajiv Kapoor was married to Aarti Sabharwal in 2001 but later got divorced.
