Otis (Asa Butterfield) and Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) move to a new college called Cavendish which is quite tech-friendly and a wealthy one. However, despite all the means and luxury, Cavendish has its own issues. While Otis decides to set up his own Sex therapy office in the college, Eric decides to make new friends there. However, things go south when Otis and Erix discover that Cavendish already has a sex counselor named O (Thaddea Graham) who is also quite famous on social media. Since 'two swords cannot remain in a single cover' Otis and O decide to go for election in which the students of Cavendish will decide who would be their sex counselor.
Who won the Sex Counselor Elections?
(Spoilers Ahead) The answer is neither Otis nor O. It was actually Connor Pearson who won the sex counselor election. For the unversed, Connor is the same student who had a crush on Otis's mother. Connor joined the race with the help of Rubby acting his PR manager. Rubby decides to support Connor in order to take revenge on both Otis and O. While Otis isolated Rubby during his election campaign, O had bulled Rubby in their childhood. However, Connor refused to be the winner as he only stood in the election to come close to Otis's mother Jean Milburn. As a result, Otis was then declared the winner as he was the runner, but again, Otis denied the winning title and advocated for O as Cavendish had already a sex therapist.
