On Saturday, 14th September, a Nepali man got robbed by three robbers riding an Activa. The incident took place near the house of a police officer in Adarsh Nagar, Jalandhar. The Nepali man used to work in a house that was near the house of the police officer. The incident took place on Saturday late night.
What happend in the crime scene?
The incident took place when the victim was returning to the house he used to work in. According to the information, the incident happened in the area opposite to where the Nepali man worked. The whole incident has been captured in the CCTV camera installed outside the house. In the CCTV camera, it is clearly visible that three robbers riding an Activa stopped and attacked on the Nepali man. He tried to escape from the robbers but unfortunately, got failed in doing so.
Initially, the robbers tried to stop the victim almost around 20 metres away from the house. However, the victim managed to escape from behind the car. When he reached just near the house, the robbers attacked on him. The robbers chased and caught him. After they caught him, the accused robbed Rs 300 from the Nepali man and escaped from the crime scene. A complaint is registered in the police station of Thana Division Number 2.
Rajeev Duggal, a Model town mobile business man, said that the robbers attacked the Nepali man for just Rs 300. The incident took place around 10 pm when these robbers of young age committed the crime. The incident happened in the lane next to Kant Chhuri Restaurant in just front of the Adarsh Nagar Park.
The faces of the robbers were not covered when they committed the crime. The man who got robbed originally belongs to Nepal. He used to work in the house of a Businessman in Jalandhar, Punjab. After this incident, the residents of Adarsh Nagar have urged the police to arrest the criminals and punish them as soon as possible.
