Sherlyn Chopra has complained to Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra alleging she has been a victim of fraud and mental harassment. According to reports, Sherlyn had filed a police complaint on October 14, accusing Raj Kundra of sexual harassment and criminal intimidation.
"I’ve filed a complaint to register FIR against Raj Kundra for sexual harassment, cheating & criminal intimidation,’ said Ms Chopra while addressing the media
The complaint has been registered at the Juhu police station.

Further, levelling allegations against Kundra, the actress said that on March 27, 2019, he had visited her house late at night and sexually assaulted her.
Sherlyn Chopra also claimed that she has been multiple times threatened to withdraw the case against him but now she has gathered all courage and will fight against him.
Following Sherlyn's allegations, the legal team of Raj and Shilpa have called for a press conference and said that they will be taking legal action on the alleged statements made by Sherlyn.
Chopra had said she would be hosting a press conference on Thursday, wherein she would speak about the accusations.
Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s legal team had issued a statement, that reads, “The due process of law must be followed for the alleged statement that Miss Chopra wants to make. Calling for a press conference to do this reflects a strong intention to commit an offence of defamation. Anything spoken by Miss Chopra in the public domain shall be held against her in the court of law. She shall be liable for civil and criminal proceedings before competent courts.”

Earlier, Sherlyn Chopra had on March 29, alleged that she was made to do a photoshoot under pressure.
Businessman Raj Kundra was arrested by police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges of making pornographic films and forcing girls to act in them. He was granted bail by a Mumbai court on September 20 on a surety of Rs 50,000.
