In a recent video, Shilpa revealed how oats and sattu have been her two topmost healthy food items to practice diet, these two ingredients are easily available in kitchen. and prepration of this dish takes not more than 15 minutes only.Read to know the recipe of the Oats Sattu Upma.
Ingredients :
* Cups of water - 2 1/2
* Ghee - 1 tbsp
* Cashews - 5-6
* Mustard seeds - 1tbsp
* Curry Leaves - 7-8
* Finely chopped ginger - 1 inch
* Green chilli finely chopped- 1
* Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
* Chopped onion - 1
* Cup of roasted oats - 1
* Sattu (baby chickpea roasted and grounded) - 1 tbsp
* Cup of chopped and steamed carrots - 1/2
* Cup of chopped and steamed green beans - 1/2
* Cup of sweet corn steamed - 1/2
* Few coriander leaves for garnishing
* Salt as per taste.

Method to cook :
* Take one water pan and boil the water
* In another pan, over medium flame, add ghee and roast cashews. Then add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped ginger, green chilli, hing, chopped onion and saute until light brown.
* Add oats, sattu and veggies.
* Now add some amount of salt
* Now add the hot water and do make sure to keep the flame high.
* Set the flame on medium and cook for 10-12 minutes.
* In last garnish your upma with coriander leaves.
