A daring incident of an attempted robbery took place at Das Super Store on Hoshiarpur Road in Jalandhar, Punjab, where a thief armed with a sharp weapon attempted to loot the shop. The entire incident was captured on CCTV, revealing the terrifying encounter between the store owner and the culprit.
According to reports, the thief, whose face was covered, entered the store with a sharp weapon and attempted to intimidate the store owner, Balwinder Sharma, to hand over the cash. However, Sharma quickly took control of the situation and retrieved his own sword, which was hidden under the counter. The thief then attacked Sharma with the sharp weapon, but Sharma managed to defend himself.
A scuffle ensued between the two, with both of them brandishing their swords in the shop. It was apparent that the thief was under the influence of some sort of substance, as he seemed to be acting in an erratic and uncontrolled manner.
Despite the thief's efforts, he was unable to get his hands on the cash and ultimately fled the scene. Sharma, on the other hand, was able to save himself from harm and protect his store.
