While the majority of Bollywood celebrities are celebrating Rhea Chakraborty's bail in Sushant Singh Rajput's case, no-one is talking about why the High Court didn't grant her brother Showik bail. The suicide theory gang and especially the left media are seeking an apology for the hounding of Rhea Chakraborty but are not uttering a single word on her brother Showik Chakraborty.
Going by the words of Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde, the Bombay High Court has pronounced 70 pages bail order. Pronouncing his verdict Justice Kotwal said that Rhea Chakraborty is not a part of the drug cartel. However, no-one ever noticed what the Bombay High Court said on Rhea Chakraborty's brother Showik and why it rejected Showik's bail plea.
The single-judge bench of Justice Sarang V Kotwal, in his 22-page order in Showik’s bail plea, said, “The material gathered so far shows that the applicant (Showik) was not only knowing many drug dealers, but he was in touch with them and was actually transacting with them.”
The judge added, “Thus, he is part of a chain of drug dealers. At this stage, the investigating agency has sufficient material to show that he is a part of a chain of drug dealers engaged in illicit traffic of drugs.”
“The applicant (Showik) was facilitating the procurement of drugs from one party for supplying them to Sushant Singh Rajput. He was clearly involved in illicit trafficking or illegal trade of drugs. The applicant’s case will have to be distinguished from that of a consumer or an end purchaser," the court added.
Satish Maneshinde in an interview gave more insight of the judgement and said, "The judge has accepted Rhea's case that she was only procuring drugs for her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput and she was not making any profits out of the procurement that she dealing because it was not being passed over to somebody else, the consumer was in the house."
However, Maneshinde did not utter a single word on the verdict of Showik Chakraborty.
