Lok Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Rinku today met Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann wherein he discussed his preparations for the upcoming elections for Jalandhar Lok Sabha seat. Sushil Rinku assured the Chief Minister like last year, this time again the Aam Aadmi Party will win Jalandhar Lok Sabha seat with a big margin.
Mr. Rinku said that whatever the Aam Aadmi Party government has done in Punjab in just two years of its tenure, other political parties failed to do it in the last 70 years. Many historic decisions have been taken by the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab including crackdown on corruption, people getting the benefit of government services at doorsteps, free electricity, Ghar Ghar Ration, etc. He mentioned that these decisions have won the hearts of the people as the people of Punjab have seen a big change.
Meanwhile, Rinku shared his preparations regarding the Jalandhar seat with the Chief Minister and said that the people of Jalandhar are ready to once again make the Aam Aadmi Party victorious in this seat with huge votes. It is worth mentioning that after becoming MP, Sushil Kumar Rinku is continuously visiting the people of Jalandhar parliamentary constituency and listening to their problems. While being an MP, he took up several crucial issues before the union government including stoppage of Vande Bharat Express train in jalandhar, flights from Adampur Airport, construction of underpasses at railway crossings on National Highways, construction of new attachments on PAP chowk, completion of Dakoha flyover, which further propelled the development of Jalandhar district. Recently, he had also raised the demand in the Parliament of the country to name Adampur Airport after Shri Guru Ravidas Maharaj.
