With each passing day, we are witnessing new developments in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Ever since he passed away, there has been a constant demand from people to get justice for the late actor. Sushant, who last seen on the big screen in Chhichhore, was found dead at his Bandra residence on June 14. The actor passed away at the age of 34 and his death came as a huge blow across the nation. Three months down the line, the Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) is investigating Sushant's death case.
The latest development on the late actor's death case is that the CBI will be recording the statement of Sushant's flatmate Siddharth Pithani. According to a report, the investigating agency will be recording his statement under Section 164 of CrPC. Siddharth has been apparently summoned by the CBI.
Recently, Sushant's father, KK Singh, met Bihar's Chief Minister Nitish Kumar at the latter's residence in Patna. During their course of interaction, Sushant's father thanked the Chief Minister for recommending a CBI probe in his late son's death case.

Amid all this, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), which has been roped in by CBI, to look into medico-legal opinion in the case, seems to still look into some legal aspects before reaching a logical legal solution.

Sudhir Gupta, the Chairman of AIIMS, said, "AIIMS and CBI are in agreement on the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, but more deliberations are needed. There is a need to look into some legal aspects for a logical legal conclusion."
Meanwhile, Sushant's friend and choreographer Ganesh Hiwarkar and former staff Ankit Acharya are all set to go on a hunger strike for three days from today. Both of them have got support from the media as well as of the people in Delhi.
