Sidhu Moosewala Murder Case: UAPA imposed on Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang, Bambiha gang member Neeraj Bawana also on the list

A big action has been initiated by the Delhi Police against the gangsters who are involved in the targeted killing in the country. The Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) has been imposed on the main gangsters involved in the Punjabi Singer Sidhu Moosewala Murder Case.

Apart from the members of Lawrence’s gang, their rivals Lucky Patial, Neeraj Bawana, etc of the Bambiha Gang have also been booked under this act.

A meeting was held among Union Home Ministry, Delhi Police and National Investigation Agency officers. After this meeting, the action was taken on the orders of the Central government.

The Lawrence Gang has been registered in the first FIR in which gang chief Lawrence, Canada Baitha gangster Goldie Brar, Bikram Brar, Kala Jathedi, Jasdeep Singh alias Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, Sachin Thapan, Lawrence's brother Anmol and Lakhbir Singh Landa are included.

These gangsters are also running operations from Canada, Dubai and Pakistan.

The second FIR that has been registered is against the Bambiha gang and its associates. Gaurav alias Lucky Patial, Amit Dagar, Kaushal Chaudhary, Neeraj Bawana, Bhupi Rana, Sunil alias Tillu Tajpuria, Baba Dhalla alias Gurwinder, who are running the gang in Armenia, have been included.

Reportedly, central intelligence agencies have provided inputs to the Ministry of Home Affairs that various gangsters are in touch with some of terrorist organizations.

Sources have revealed that gangsters against whom UAPA has been registered are in jail and the Delhi Police can take them on remand.

It has been assured that the gangsters associated with them will also be arrested and put behind the bars.
