The food plan for Navjot Sidhu, who is in jail for road rage, has been prepared. It has been suggested that Navjot Sidhu be fed seven times a day. It must have been recommended that coconut water, almonds, one roti, and soup be consumed. Sidhu has also been instructed to consume 10 to 12 glasses of water throughout the day. Sidhu has been asked to exercise for 30 to 45 minutes.
Sidhu is also revealed to not be allergic to wheat. However, he must refrain from eating wheat bread in order to lose weight. In the petition, Sidhu claimed to be allergic to wheat.
