On Sunday, netizens were surprised after they suddenly found Spider-Man: No way home’s trailer on the internet before the releasing date. The leaked trailer was in very low resolution. The tweets which shared the videos of the leaked trailer were taken down and were slapped with copyright. The message read, “The media has been disabled in response to a report from the copyright owner.”
The company workers worked overtime to take all the leaked content down. Multiple videos were put up by fans on YouTube and other platforms and all taken down with the message, "This video contains content from Sony Pictures Movie and Shows, who has blocked it on copyright grounds."
It is expected that the movie would hit the theatres on December 17, 2021. The movie has been shot throughout the lockdown.

Fans were hoping for better quality but were excited. Some even joked that they would defend the one who is responsible for the leak.
Tobey Maguire had first played Peter Parker in the Spider-Man series – Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007). The role was later followed by Andrew Garfield in – The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014). Earlier, it was rumored that both of them will appear in No Way Home.
