In India people always get offended with the person who spits anywhere on the road. The tainted walls often add up to the native's aggression and also demarcate the country's mission to get on the track of cleanliness.
However, in the wake of coronavirus pandemic, spitting on roads and at other public places has been prohibited by the government and the violators are being fined for the same.
But, Nagpur Railway Station is now gearing up to curb this problem. In a major push to make India clean, the Nagpur division of Central Railway has come up with an initiative to give away pouches to the passengers so they can spit in it. This move will however ensure cleanliness and hygiene, according to the officials. This pouch can be used multiple times while traveling and this is the first time such concept has been introduced.

For this, the officials decided to give away pouches to the passengers for Rs 10, so they can spit in it without having to move or spreading any diseases.
Presently, the pouch will only be available at the railway station in Nagpur. A machine was inaugurated by Krishnath Patil, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Nagpur Division, Central Railway, Vijay Thul, Assistant Commercial Manager, and Tara Prasad Acharya, Commercial Inspector.
