Vande Bharat is one of the most premium trains operated by Indian Railways, and the train's connectivity is about to increase across more regions of the country. As per the latest update by the railway authorities, two new Vande Bharat Express trains will be launched in Rajasthan.
Accordingly, the major motive behind the new route is the improvement of transportation across Rajasthan. A recent report by Times Now outlined that these new trains will run between Bikaner and Delhi, as well as Jaipur and Jodhpur, and have been proposed by the North Western Railway.
Details of Train Routes -
Advanced semi-high-speed trains will be launched, providing a smoother and more efficient travel experience. The proposed routes include -
Bikaner to Delhi - via Churu, Ratangarh and Loharu, and
Jaipur to Jodhpur via Ajmer, it is to be noted that the authorities are also planning to extend this route to Delhi via Jaipur, offering enhanced connectivity.
What will be the possible traveling time?
According to the authorities, with the introduction of these two trains, the travel time will be reduced considerably.
The Bikaner-Delhi Vande Bharat Express
It is anticipated that this train will reduce around 1.5 hours of the journey, and the new travelling time will be around 6 hours and 20 minutes.
The proposed schedule -
Departure from Bikaner - 5:55 am and arrival in Delhi - 12:15 pm.
Departure from Delhi - 4:30 pm and arrival in Bikaner - 10:50 pm.
The Jaipur-Jodhpur Vande Bharat Express
According to the authorities, the schedule for the Jaipur-Jodhpur Vande Bharat Express has not been finalized yet.
