BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy who has been quite vocal in Sushant Singh Rajput's case finally met the AIIMS Panel head Dr. Sudhir Gupta who re-evaluated Sushant's post-mortem. Dr. Sudhir Gupta has been under the scanner of the media ever since he ruled out the murder angle in Sushant Singh Rajput's case.
In his previous interviews, Dr. Gupta had pointed out faults of the Cooper Hospital done in Sushant Singh Rajputs autopsy, however, he soon took a u-turn and announced his death as a suicide.
Subramanian Swamy from day one is saying that Sushant was murdered and CBI should file a case under section 302. Now, Subramanian Swamy has finally met Dr. Sudhir Gupta in person. Swamy took to Twitter and wrote, "On direction of Ministry of Health, in compliance with the letter of Chairman of the Parliament's Standing Committee, to Secretary of MHFW, Dr. Sudhir Gupta met me today to apprise me of the non-classified forensic findings of the SSR case. These will be shared in the next tweet."
"I am moving through the official process for a more thorough evaluation by the MH&FW’s Medical Board of the post mortem on SSR done by Dr Cooper hospital & based on the seven shortcomings of post-mortem pointed out by AIIMS Board. This is necessary before CBI can conclude," he added.
What change it will bring in the final medical reports of Sushant Singh Rajput, only the closure report of CBI can reveal it.
