BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy recently met AIIMS panel head, Dr. Sudhir Gupta, who made the final medical report of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Swamy took to Twitter and informed, "Meeting of the Standing Committee of Parliament on Health Ministry over. In SSB case informal discussion took place on my second letter that Sudhir Gupta Team report be sent to Medical Board of Ministry for review. I will explain in VHS online session tonight at 7 pm."
Talking to the VHS (Virat Hindustan Sangam), Swamy narrated his meeting with AIIMS panel head Dr. Sudhir Gupta. Swamy said that Dr. Gupta did not go personally to Mumbai, however, he sent a team of three doctors and they collected the evidence from the Mumbai Police and the Cooper Hospital. And based on that evidence they have termed Sushant's death as a suicide.
Swamy raised questions and asked that why Sushant's dead body was sent to Cooper Hospital which was 11km far from his flat but it was not sent to Lilawati Hospital which was just beside Sushant's house? He also said that Sushant was found dead around 1 pm in the afternoon but the Mumbai Police came in the evening, whey there was so much delay? Even when the Mumbai Police came and took the body they allowed people to come in and go outside. They also did not seal Sushant's flat which was quite strange on their part.
Giving an insight of Dr. Sudhir Gupta's report of Sushant Singh Rajput, Swamy said, "Sushant's autopsy was done in midnight around 1-3 am in the morning. It was done in very poor lighting. The Cooper Hospital doctors didn't do any video of the autopsy as well."
"Dr. Sudhir's report also say that there were lot of sperms on Sushant's pajams. How did they come? Was any female present there? There is nothing investigated.In forensic report, time of death is considered to be essential part but they did not wrtie that. Just on the basis of those three doctor's report, Dr. Sudhir Gupta backed the suicide theory. Ofcoure he has also sent the lack of fulfilment of certain minimum conditions like video and other things but he concluded it was suicide."
