Kangana Ranaut's interview with Republic TV on Sushant Singh Rajput has yet again started a great debate on nepotism and conspiracies by Bollywood biggies. BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy in a live session by advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari presented a brief report that how the case of Sushant has developed so far.
Swamy highlighted three points according to which he feels there is a large conspiracy going on in the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput. At first, Swamy highlighted the postmortem report.
As per the post-mortem report, the cause of death has been identified as ‘asphyxia due to hanging’. Swamy said asphyxia can also take place someone strangulates someone to death. Then how come the Mumbai Police declared Sushant died by suicide. And if the Mumbai Police has not confirmed its a suicide then how the news report termed Sushant's death as suicide?
The second reason Swamy highlighted that how a person who is not going through any financial crisis, who partied with friends just one day before his suspicious death can take his own life.
Mumbai Police did not even find a suicide note, then how it was decided that Sushant took his own life. Swamy went on to say that he will be filing a PIL for the CBI Inquiry. However, he also explained that it is not necessary that the court allows for CBI Inquiry. The court works on facts which is not based on theories. And that is what he and the team of Ishkaran are doing.
He also highlighted the similarity between the Sunanda Pushkar case and Sushant Singh Rajput.
