BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy is not in a mood to let go of Sushant Singh Rajput's case. The BJP leader has now taken a big step which might elate Sushant Singh Rajput's family and their lawyer Vikas Singh.

Recently, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy after the permission of the Health Secretary met Dr. Sudhir Gupta who is the head of AIIMS panel in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. Swamy met Dr. Gupta after he ruled out the murder angle in Sushant Singh Rajput's case and clearly stated that the actor died due to suicide.

Many eyebrows were raised as terming someone's death as suicide is not the job of the AIIMS, they are kept with the CBI to tell them the reason lead to the person's death not how the person died. It is the job of the CBI to determine how Sushant died.

Dr. Gupta in his meeting with Swamy shared some non-classified reports of Sushant. Going by Swami's words, he pointed out seven shortcomings in the medical reports prepared by AIIMS on the basis of the Cooper Hospital reports.

Now, Swamy close aide and advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari has revealed that the leader has written a letter to the Prime Minister of India. Ishkaran took to Twitter and wrote, "Dr @Swamy39 has written to Hon’ble PM Modi to consider directing Health Ministry to review AIIMS report & set up Medical Board to redo the forensic examination in Sushant Singh Rajput case. He has quoted lapses which make it mandatory."
