She started her own business by opening up a makeup academy. However, due to the stress of running a new business, Manish Wadhwani's sister passed away. Manish in his post highlighted that before her death there was 'no warning signs, no illness, nothing to prepare us for this loss'. Read what Manish Wadhwani wrote on his sister's demise-

"I'm deeply heartbroken to share that my sister, who was a passionate entrepreneur, has tragically passed away. There were no warning signs, no illness, nothing to prepare us for this loss.  She had recently started her own makeup academy, pouring her heart, soul, and savings into this dream. However, the stress of running a new business, especially the worry over admissions, seemed to weigh heavily on her.

She was just 29. While we don’t know the exact reason for her passing, we can only assume that the pressure and stress she carried played a part. She leaves behind two beautiful children, a 3-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl, whose lives will never be the same.

I’m not sharing this to seek sympathy, but as a reminder to anyone starting a new venture or facing challenges in their business: your mental health and well-being are so important. Don’t let the weight of your dreams push you to the brink. Success is not worth your life. TAKE BREAKS, seek HELP when needed, and remember that it’s okay to not have everything figured out right away.

Please, don’t take life too seriously. At the end of the day, your health and your loved ones matter most.

Rest in peace, sister. You will always be missed, and your dream will live on."

Manish Wadhwani's Linkedin post got multiple reactions as well. A user wrote, "Life is not about wasting our time in collecting materialastic things only but to collect memories and time spent with loved ones, the things which you want to love to do... the little enjoyment which you do with your loved ones... it is not always and not only you have to win the success race at any cost.. you have to live life with whatever happy moments in you life , we normally ignore wonderful moments little happy things of our life which are in our hands and run for material things which are not true happiness and always... always we all should remember one day when we are our end stage and then their no material things makes you happy instead of the moments you have spent and the happiness you have spread in this world makes you statisfied think."

Another user wrote, "My condolences to you and your family, I recently lost my mom due to cancer, and knowing the cause or not knowing the cause, the pain is the same. My employer offers its employees access to counseling services, which I thought I would never need. Well aft this year of stress dealing with mom declining and passing, and drastic role changes placed upon me at work, it was an overload of stress, I started see the signs I was snapping. Becoming very short fused and lashing out a minor thing. I choose on my own to use those benefits. To seek help is not shameful to not seek help is shameful. "
