Justice for Sushant Singh Rajput is now a matter of politics of two states. While Sushant has already left this world, some people are busy in playing dirty politics in Sushant's case. Senior Shiv Sena leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut on Sunday in party’s editorial mouthpiece Saamana said that Sushant was not on good terms with his father, he alleged that KK Singh’s second marriage was “not acceptable” to the late actor.
Previously, in another editorial on the case, Raut had slammed the Centre for handing over the Sushant Singh Rajput death case to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). He said that the decision has been taken for political gains and as part of pressure tactics.
In his weekly column Rokhthok last week, Raut said that the decision of handing over the investigation is an attack on the state’s autonomy. Raut in another article in Saamna had written that Sushant was in depression and due to which he did not give him a movie to act.
Soon after the claims of Raut, Sushant's family rubbished such claims. Sushant's uncle dismissed the claims stating that Sushant’s father did not marry again and that the politician was "misinformed”.

Now Sushant's cousin who is also a BJP leader Neeraj Singh Bablu has decided to sue Sanjay Raut. As per reports, Niraj said that Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut should apologize for his statement in which he has claimed that Sushant did not share good relations with his father and was unhappy with his father's second marriage.
Bablu asserted that Raut's claim about Sushant's father's second marriage is totally fake and if the Shiv Sena leader will not apologize publicly then Sushant's family will take legal action against him.
