Sushant Singh Rajput's friend and actor Yuvraj S Singh has broken his silence on the infamous KWAN talent agency of Mumbai. Yuvraj in an interview with Republic made some serious allegations on the talent agency after its name cropped up in the drugs angle that emerged in Sushant Singh Rajput's case.
Yuvraj said that the KWAN talent agency was formed in Delhi as a Sports management company, however unexpectedly they developed quite fast and attracted top Bollywood stars. The actor said that KWAN used to favor girls/models and Bollywood actresses who had desires to work further in the film industry. Yuvraj also said that the agency exploits new actresses who have done three to four films and force them to supply drugs.
The actor also said that the newcomer actresses are not only used for drug peddling but also for some other illegal works. One who does not agree with these illegal activities they simply make sure that they don't get any work in the film industry. There is a much bigger nexus of these talent agencies which have been exposing day by day. Yuvraj said that although there are other talent agencies who do the same, KWAN being the biggest is under the lens of the NCB. Along with Rhea Chakraborty, Uday Singh Gauri's name has also cropped up who is the owner of another talent agency.
Yuvraj said that people who are saying that Drug nexus does not exist in Bollywood are lying, I am a part of the industry and I am saying that it does exist. On being asked who he thinks might come under the NCB lens, Yuvraj hinted that Deepika's special man might come as well. Yuvraj was hinting at Deepika Padukone's husband Ranveer Singh.
The actor also revealed that another major angle that has not been investigated in this is 'casting couch'. Along with the drugs, there is a big angle of casting couch hidden in it. With the upcoming time, it will soon be revealed and many A-listers' names will definitely come.
Amidst so many revelations, the NCB is doing its job pro-actively and it has been questioning Bollywood film-maker Madhu Mantena.
