Rhea Chakraborty on Monday filed a fresh 14 pages affidavit in the Supreme Court of India. In her affidavit, Rhea stated about the unfair trial by media. In the new affidavit, Rhea has demanded to stop the media trial of Sushant Singh Rajput death case. She has said that despite an open investigation going on in the case, the media has already painted her as a convict.
She gave the example of 2G scam case and Aarushi Talwar murder case in which the media declared accused as convicts however they were declared innocent the court later.
Now, Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker has come in support of Rhea Chakraborty. Indirectly slamming Republic media and OP India Swara wrote, "Rhea is being subjected to a bizarre & dangerous media trial fuel led by hugely problematic impulses of mob justice. I hope the Hon’ble #SupremeCourt will pay heed & take fake news spinners & conspiracy theorists like Repooplic, Poopindia & others to task. Let the law decide."

However, Swara did not utter a single word on Rhea asking the CBI probe once now opposing it.
