India's popular sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame actor Gurucharan Singh has been missing for the past 4 days. Gurucharan Singh plays the character of Roshan Singh Sodhi in the TMKOC sitcom. Gurucharan Singh aka Roshan Sodhi was last seen at the Delhi airport on April 22, where he was scheduled to catch a flight to Mumbai. However, he never made it to Mumbai and has not returned home since.
A missing report submitted by Gurcharan's father stated, "My son Gurucharan Singh, Age: 50 years, had left at 8:30 am on April 22nd to go to Mumbai. He went to the airport to catch a flight. He didn’t reach Mumbai, neither has he returned home and his phone is not reachable. He is mentally stable and we had been searching for him but now he has been missing!"
For those who don't watch the Tarak Mehta serial, Gurcharan Singh's character Roshan Singh Sodhi is a fun-loving man who is always in party mode and never shies away from expressing love for his wife. However, Gurcharan left the show in 2013 only to return the next year due to public demand. After his exit in 2020, he was replaced by actor Balwinder Singh Suri. It is pertinent to mention here that Gurcharan is a witness in Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal's sexual harassment case.
