Taylor Swift’s attendance at the VMA Awards 2022 was already a frosting on the cake and she added another cherry on top by announcing at during the show that she is all set to release her all-new album.
The 32-year-old singer chose the stage of the VMA Awards and her acceptance speech to reveal all about her new album ‘Midnight’ which will release on October 21.

As she received the Video of the Year award at MTV’s Annual Video Music Awards 2022, Taylor Swift announced and dropped in the news for her fans that her 10th studio album will be released soon although she did not mention the name and date of release of the album on the stage. She told fans that she would tell that at Midnight.
She said, “You guys, I’m just so proud of what we made, and I know that every second of this moment that we wouldn’t have been able to make this short film if it weren’t for you, the fans.”
As the fans couldn’t wait for more, Taylor Swift’s official website crashed at midnight. She shared the title and cover of the album on her social media handle. She even described the album in her post.
Taylor Swift’s Midnight album is all about 13 track work based on 13 sleepless nights that are scattered throughout her life.
Taylor Swift’s last two studio albums, Evenmore and Folklore were released in 2020 which signaled her move towards alternative and folk music.
Last year, Swift broke the record for the fastest accumulation of 3 No. 1 albums in the UK.
