Terrorist Pannu incites farmers before PM's visit to Chandigarh on 3 December

Separatist organization Sikh for Justice (SFJ) has asked farmers to surround Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Punjab Engineering College on 3rd December. Pannu has tried to incite the ongoing farmers' movement in Punjab by targeting Prime Minister Modi with the help of farmers.

Home Minister Amit Shah is reaching Chandigarh a day before the Prime Minister. Describing the problems of the farmers of Punjab as a 'do or die' situation, Pannu said that the United Kisan Morcha (SKM) and other farmer organizations should understand that this movement is going on since the 1980s has not yet reached any conclusion.

Terrorist Pannu said in his video- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh on 3rd December. He asked the farmers to surround Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Chandigarh on Tuesday afternoon at around 11.30 am. But the Home Minister Amit Shah is reaching Chandigarh a day earlier today. He will reach Punjab Raj Bhavan at 9.30 pm. Where he will also meet Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria.

The program will start at 11.30 am on Tuesday at Punjab Engineering College. This program will continue till 2 pm. After which the Prime Minister will leave for Delhi, but Shah will stay in Chandigarh and will once again reach Punjab Raj Bhavan. Here he is expected to discuss the issues of Chandigarh and Punjab with Governor Kataria.

On 2nd December from 8:15 pm to 9:30 pm the routes from Airport Light Point to Posti Farm Light Point, Posti Farm Light Point to Holiday Home Light Point, Holiday Home Light Point to Sector 20/21 Cut, Sector 20/21 Cut to 18/19 Cut and Sector 18/19 Cut to 17/18 Cut will remain closed.

Similarly, on 3rd December (from 11 am to 3:30 pm), Dakshin Marg (South Road), Sector 34/9/10 Cut, Sector 3/2 Cut, and Sector 10/11 Cut will remain closed.

Terrorist Pannu is constantly threatening to break the country. Last month, Pannu said that he would not travel in Air India. At the same time, efforts were also made to incite the youth of Punjab to block Amritsar and Chandigarh airports.

Pannu said, “November is the 40th anniversary of the 1984 Sikh riots. More than 13 thousand Sikhs, women and children were killed in 1984. Even today there is a widow colony in Delhi. This entire incident was carried out by the Indian government. People traveling abroad should boycott Air India from 1 to 19 November.”

On 10th July 2019, the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Government of India banned SFJ (Sikhs for Justice) as an unlawful organisation under the UAPA for its activities. On 1st July 2020, Pannu was added to the list of individual terrorists by the Government of India.

The NIA registered the first case against Pannu in September 2019. He was declared a PO on 29th November 2022. In 2023, the NIA seized Pannu's house and land in Amritsar and Chandigarh. On 3rd February 2021, non-bailable warrants were issued against Pannu by the NIA special court.

A total of 12 cases have been registered against SFJ and Pannu in India. These include 3 cases of sedition in Punjab.

Pannu is very active on social media. He releases audio and video messages in Punjabi language. In this, he instigates Punjabi youth against India.

By luring people with money, he has installed the Khalistan flag on government buildings in Punjab and Haryana. Apart from this, during the recent G20 meeting, he has also got Khalistan slogans written on the metro station in Delhi.
