NFL legend Tom Brady made a huge announcement on Sunday that he is returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his 23rd season in the NFL.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion announced his decision on Twitter and Instagram, saying he had "unfinished business".
"Over the past two months, I have realized that my place is still in the field, not in the stands."
Brady wrote. "That time will come. But it's not over yet. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I am coming back to Tampa for my 23rd season."

Arens said he thought Brady's retirement was due to reasons - especially family. His children are growing up and his wife, Gisele Bundchen, says he has struggled to find success. But Brady can make a comeback with the full support of his family.
Brady's reaction was unheard of, but his facial expressions suggest that he didn't close the door upon retirement, despite what Buckner's coach Bruce Arens had said at the NFL Combine two weeks earlier. However, when I spoke to him, he brushed it off. Now, like many of them, thinks he likes to put his name out there.
The news came a day after a collector sent 518,000 to wide receiver Mike Evans for the ball used on the last touchdown pass of Brady's career, who enthusiastically tweeted, "LFG!" Moments after Brady's announcement.
Brady's return comes on the heels of an NFL free agency in which the Bucs will face serious difficulties getting all their free agents back. Tough Performance Rob Gronkowski, centre Ryan Jensen, right guard Alex Kopa, cornerback Carlton Davis, running back Leonard Fornet, safety Jordan Whitehead, defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh and outside line baker Jason Pierre-Paul is currently out with the Books $11 million.
Ready to become a limited free agent. $1 million is more than the salary limit.
Gronkowski has not yet vowed to return for the 2022 season and said at the end of the season that his position would not be tied to Brady's.
Following news of Brady's return, the Buckeyes lowered their chances of winning the Super Bowl from 20-1 to 10-1 in the Caesars sportsbook on Sunday. Their chances of winning the NFC went far beyond those of the Los Angeles Rams, Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers, going 10-1 to 5-1.
Brady was ranked 45-1 to win the 2022 NFL MVP award before the announcement, but those difficulties have yet to be reposted. The odds for the Super Bowl and NFC were less than 90 minutes while Caesars Sportsbook worked through the news as well as booking NCAA tournament lines.
