To help contain the pandemic while still not resorting to a complete lockdown, various state governments in India have begun night curfew where all non-essential travel is banned at night within some specific timings.
You just need to adjust your lifestyle accordingly. The short and long trips that you take will have to take the night curfew restrictions into account.
At the time of writing, the following states are under night curfew:
Delhi
· Timings of the curfew are 10pm to 5am.
· Movement of essential services allowed with e-passes.
Maharashtra
· Timings of the curfew are 8pm to 7am.
· Complete lockdown on weekend.
· Movement of essential services allowed
· Ban on gathering of five or more people at any time
Rajasthan
· Timings of the curfew are 8pm to 6am
· Social gatherings limited to a maximum of 100 people
Punjab
· Timings of the curfew are 9pm to 5am.
Gujarat
· Timings of curfew 9pm to 6am
· The night curfew only in Surat, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, and Vadodara
Odisha
· Timings of the curfew are 10pm to 5am
· The night curfew only in Sundergarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Nuapada, Balangir, Kalahandi, Koraput, Malkangiri, and Nabarangpur.
