To not only the people in their states, but also the entire nation as well, various state authorities are concerned about people from other states travelling to theirs.
However, the right to free movement is something they do not want to impede upon as of now.
Thus, various measures which range from a test report claiming negative for Corona, home quarantine, or sealing of borders.

Bihar
A test report claiming that you are negative on Corona is sufficient to get you past the inter-state border into Bihar via road.
For those travelling by railways, upon disembarking, a corona test on the spot will be performed. Further, during the travel, wearing face mask, sanitising hands, and other such rules are to be followed.
Also, those coming in via flights too will follow the safety protocols. Passengers will be tested for Corona on the spot at the airport.
Madhya Pradesh
The state has sealed borders from Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh and only essential goods will be allowed entry. Private and bus transport from these states has been banned.
For those coming in via trains and airplanes will be administered Corona test on the spot.
Odisha
Border with Chhattisgarh has been sealed.

For those coming in from other states, a test report claiming that the person is negative on Corona is essential.
Himachal Pradesh
For those coming in from other states, a test report claiming that the person is negative on Corona is essential, and the report must be within the last 72 hours.
Uttar Pradesh
Thermal screening of those coming in air travel will be done.
Those coming in from Kerala and Maharashtra will require a report, which is not be later than 72 hours, claiming that they are negative on Corona.
Rajasthan
For those coming in from other states, a test report claiming that the person is negative on Corona is essential, and the report must be within the last 72 hours.
Chhattisgarh
For those coming in from other states, a test report claiming that the person is negative on Corona is essential, and the report must be within the last 72 hours.
Maharashtra
This state has gone one step ahead and mandated a seven-day quarantine for all those who are coming in from Madhya Pradesh.
All in all, a recent test report is the basic requirement you need to fulfil in case you want to travel to any of these states.
