A witness of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the case against Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, has made a shocking claim about collusion and pay-offs against the agency's senior officer Sameer Wankhede and KP Gosavi, the alleged private investigator whose selfie with star kid got viral on the internet.
Prabhakar Sail in an affidavit claimed that he overheard a deal of Rs 18 crore claimed that he has a threat to his life from NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede. In his affidavit, Prabhakar further said that he was a witness to the events that unfolded on October 2 after the raid.

Prabhakar added that he was with Gosavi, who is one of the nine independent witnesses in the cruise ship case, in which Aryan Khan was arrested by NCB, on the night of the raid and the NCB officials made him sign blank papers as panchnama.
Responding to the allegations, NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede said, “We will give a befitting reply”.
Khan, Merchant and Dhamecha, along with five others were detained on October 2 and placed under arrest on October 3 after the NCB raid on the ship preparing to sail for a Mumbai-Goa cruise.

Among other things, the NDPS accused Aryan of being a regular consumer of drugs, dealing in narcotics with international links, etc., which was opposed by his teams of lawyers, and the other co-accused.
A total of 20 persons, including a foreigner, have been arrested in the sensational cruise ship raid.
