The claim was sensational as the Mumbai Police and others were sure that Sushant died after he hanged himself. And if a person hangs himself his legs cannot break.
2. Did Sushant Singh Rajput really have mental health issues?
After people on social media started slamming the Mumbai Police, Bollywood stars, and Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, the late actor's family filed an FIR in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty and others for abetment of suicide case and financial fraud case. Then Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty gave her interview to journalist Rajdeep Sardesai and claimed that Sushant was in depression and was going through paranoia. This earned her and the journalist flak as the actress was the one who had months ago appealed to Home Minister Amit Shah for the CBI inquiry. Sushant’s father claimed to have had “no idea” about his son dealing with any such issue, several psychiatrists, close associates, and of late, even the Singh family’s Whatsapp group conversations have made rather contradictory statements.
3. How 'lots of sperms' on Sushant's pajamas were found?
BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy met AIIMS panel head, Dr. Sudhir Gupta, who made the final medical report of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Swamy raised questions and asked that why Sushant's dead body was sent to Cooper Hospital which was 11km far from his flat but it was not sent to Lilawati Hospital which was just beside Sushant's house? He also said that Sushant was found dead around 1 pm in the afternoon but the Mumbai Police came in the evening, whey there was so much delay? Even when the Mumbai Police came and took the body they allowed people to come in and go outside. They also did not seal Sushant's flat which was quite strange on their part.
Swami also revealed that "Dr. Sudhir's report also say that there were lot of sperms on Sushant's pajams. How did they come? Was any female present there? There is nothing investigated."

4. How Aditya Thackeray's name popped out in Sushant Singh Rajputs' death controversy?
There were many times when Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's son Aditya Thackeray's name popped out in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. People sensed that Aditya is somewhat involved in Sushant Singh Rajput's alleged murder as there is no other reason why Mumbai Police will protect the murderer of Sushant. Aditya Thackeray's birthday pulled him Sushant's controversy. Many reports suggested that Sushant attended a party on June 13 with Rhea Chakraborty and the other day Sushant was found dead at his apartment.
However, Aditya rejected the claims and said that those who cannot digest the performance of the Maharashtra government and its popularity were behind the rumour. He said those who are "upset at their own failures" are dragging his name in the case for political reasons.
5. Is Disha Salian's death the reason behind Sushant's alleged murder?
Sushant Singh Rajput's former manager was allegedly died by suicide on June 8. While one theory claims that Sushant was upset due to her death and it was one of the factors of Sushant's suicide other theory is much more sensational. Other theory claims that Disha and Sooraj Pancholi were secretly dating. Disha got pregnant by Sooraj but he did not accept and she told about this to Sushant. And therefore both were killed. Although Sooraj has totally rubbished this claim and already clarified that he and Disha never knew each other.
