Union Minister Narayan Rane begins 2-day Jan Aashirwad Yatra, offers tribute at Bal Thackeray memorial

Mumbai: Narayan Rane began his two-day Jan Ashirwad Yatra today in Mumbai, in an attempt to connect out to the people of the state. He left at 11:45 a.m. from Andheri. Many BJP ministers, including Devendra Fadnavis, Pravin Darekar, Ashish Shelar, and others, took part in the Jan Ashirwad Yatra. Later in the day, Rane will pay a visit to the late Bal Thackeray's memorial at Dadar's Shivaji Park.He'll also pay a visit to the B R Ambedkar Memorial in Dadar.and the Siddhivinayak Temple.


 During the Jan Ashirwad Yatra, senior BJP minister Rane will travel 650 kilometres via Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri districts in the coastal Konkan area, crisscross Mumbai, and extensively cover Vasai-Virar.

Narayan Rane's appointment to the Union cabinet is viewed as a strategic move by the BJP in the Konkan area, which includes Mumbai and its suburbs, to oppose the Shiv Sena. Rane, who began his political career with the Shiv Sena, was ousted from the party in 2005 by then-president Uddhav Thackeray. He eventually became a member of Congress. He left Congress in 2018 to form his own party, Swabhimani Party, which was linked with the BJP.He was elected to the Rajya Sabha after formally joining the BJP in 2019.

After formally joining the BJP in 2019, he was elected to the Rajya Sabha. The Jan Ashirwad Yatra is a party outreach programme that uses encounters to engage with people. The minister will discuss the government's numerous social programmes. Narayan Rane, Kapil Patil, Bhagwat Karad, and Bharati Pawar are the four Maharashtra ministers that were recently inducted are conducting Yatras.


Minister of State for Finance Bhagwat Karad is on a visit to the Marathwada area, Minister of State for Panchayat Raj Kapil Patil Raigad, Thane districts, and Minister of State for Health Bharati Pawar tribal belts Palghar, Nashik, Dhule, and Nandurbar.
