Chahal Academy uploaded a mock interview video of Shakti Dubey in which she revealed, "I belong to Prayagraj District of Uttar Pradesh. I have done most of my schooling and graduation from Prayagraj itself. I did my Bachelor's from the University of Allahabad. I moved to Banaras Hindu University (BHU) for post-graduation in Biochemistry. I completed it in 2018. Since then, I have been preparing for the Civil Services."
During the interview, it was also revealed that Shakti Dubey's dissertation during her post-graduation was in Cancer Therapy.
UPSC CSE 2024 Results
The UPSC declared the final results on the official website at upsc.gov.in in a shortlist format. The result document mentions the names of the candidates who have been selected for appointment.
As per the official release of the UPSC, this year's examination saw a total of 1009 hopefuls being recommended for various civil services positions, with a breakdown across categories: 335 General, 109 Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 318 Other Backward Classes (OBC), 160 Scheduled Caste (SC), and 87 Scheduled Tribe (ST). Additionally, the results of 241 candidates remain provisional, and one individual's outcome is pending.
Regarded as one of the most competitive and toughest exams in the country and the world, the UPSC CSE sees participation from lakhs of aspirants every year. The exam serves as the gateway to prestigious positions such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Revenue Service, Indian Trade Service, and other Group A and B central services.
The selection process comprises three stages – Preliminary, Mains, and the Personality Test (Interview). The final merit list is prepared based on the candidates’ performance across all three stages.
In the 2024 session of the recruitment exam, the interview round began on January 7 and concluded on April 17. A total of 1,132 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive.
