Varun Dhawan and his filmmaker brother Rohit Dhawan were in Mumbai on Wednesday for the funeral of their family driver, Manoj.

On Wednesday, actor Varun Dhawan and his filmmaker brother Rohit Dhawan were photographed entering a Mumbai funeral home. The brothers had come to pay their respects to their driver, who was affectionately known as 'Manoj Dada.'

On Tuesday, Manoj died after a heart attack. Manoj drove Varun to Mehboob Studio for an ad shoot, according to reports, and then complained of chest discomfort. The actor's staff quickly took him to Lilavati Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Later that day, Rohit was spotted with Manoj's family in the hospital, holding a small child by his shoulders.

Varun expressed his sorrow at the death of Manoj Sahu, saying he would remember him for his "humour and passion." Varun shared a video with Manoj at an event at Madame Tussauds in Hong Kong on Wednesday, in which he was presenting him to the audience.

The 34-year-old actor expressed his grief at Manoj's death, saying that he was a big part of his life.

"For the last 26 years, Manoj has been a part of my life. He was everything to me. I don't know how to convey my sorrow, but all I want is for people to remember him for his incredible wit and humour, as well as his love for life "he said, "I will always be thankful I had you in my life, Manoj dada."


Arjun Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar, Kiara Advani, and Kriti Sanon, among others, have expressed their sympathies to Dhawan.
