To mark the occasion of International Women’s Day, actor Varun Dhawan said everyone is trying to make the women in their life feel special by posting pictures on social media, but respect for women can be actually shown by making our country safer place for them. Dedicating a special post for the day, Varun shared a picture of those women who hold an important place in his life - wife Natasha Dalal, mother Laali Dhawan, sister-in-law Jaanvi Desai and niece Niyara on Instagram. Varun shared the photos on Monday evening where Varun can be seen lying on his chest on a bed and his wife Natasha climbing on his back. The second click sees the actor hugging his mother, while the remaining two show the actor playing with his niece Niyara alongside his sister.
"Happy women's day. Bharatiya naari sab pe bhaari. It's great that we all post pictures on social media and make this day special but the real job will be done when we actually make our country safe for women because each woman is someone's wife, mother or sister," Varun wrote in the post.
