The car driver coming from the opposite direction dragged the traffic police personnel about 800 meters on the bonnet of his vehicle to avoid action. A report of this incident has been registered at Kharghar Police Station. The video of this incident is going viral on social media. 

According to the information received, Kharghar Traffic Police personnel Namdev Gadekar was on duty at Kopra Bridge as usual. They were taking action against the vehicles coming from the opposite direction on the bridge. Meanwhile, a Hyundai car was speeding in the wrong direction. So Gadekar tried to stop him.


However, the driver did not stop the car fearing action and took Gadekar on the bonnet of the car and started running. As soon as the incident came to light, the policemen on duty near Kopra Bridge, Naik Nivruti Bhoir, started chasing the car. Not only this, with the help of a car driver, he got the car parked in front of the Hyundai car. Due to this the accused driving the Hyundai car was forced to stop. A case has been registered at Kharghar police station. Presently the process of action based on the complaint is going on.
