The Noida Police have intensified their investigation in the domestic violence case registered against Motivational Speaker & YouTuber, Dr. Vivek Bindra. Dr. Vivek Bindra who is the CEO of Bada Business has been facing multiple serious charges leveled against him by his newlywed wife Yanika. Yanika's brother Vaibhav has filed an FIR and accused Bindra of brutally assaulting her in a room just because she intervened in an argument between him and his mother Prabha. As per reports, Noida Police have contacted Vivek Bindra's mother Prabha so that they can ask her questions about the night when Yanika was assaulted by her husband. The Noida Police are looking to question Prabha about her argument with Bindra as well. Notably, on late Sunday night, a team of Noida Police visited Supernova Society in Sector 94 where Bindra is living. Noida Police reportedly took 17-days old CCTV footage of the society. Reports suggest that Vivek Bindra is among the top YouTubers in India, Noida Police are making sure that every angle must be investigated before they arrest him.

Vivek Bindra has been booked under various sections of the IPC including 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (Intentional insult), 427 (Mischief causing damage), and 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt). Going by the FIR, Vaibhav has alleged that Vivek Bindra locked his sister in a room, hurled abuses and physically assaulted her severely, resulting in injuries all over her body. The incident took place at around 2.30-3.00 AM on 7th December, the day after the day of the wedding. Vaibhav in his FIR has alleged that the fight took place when Yanika tried to intervene in the argument between Bindra and his mother Prabha. After Yanika tried to resolve the matter, Bindra allegedly dragged her into a room, locked her in, and assaulted her causing severe injuries.
