In what came as a shock for fans worldwide, veteran Hollywood actor Jamie Foxx recently suffered a medical complication and was hospitalized for the same. As per reports, Jamie Foxx who is 45 years old suffered a health complication on Wednesday, however, he is now recovering well. Jamie Foxx's daughter Corinne confirmed the reports and also issued a statement giving Jamie Foxx's health update. Corinne Fox took to her Instagram handle and wrote that "We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers." The family asked for privacy and the statement was signed off with these words, "The family asks for privacy during this time." Now, the question arises what actually happened to Jamie Foxx and why was he hospitalized?
What happened to Jamie Foxx?
As per TMZ, Jamie has been hospitalised. "Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ the condition was serious enough that Jamie was hospitalized." However, the report also stated that at this time, it's unclear exactly how Jamie came to discover the still unspecified complication, or if he was experiencing symptoms that prompted him to get checked out. Notably, Jamie has been working in Atlanta on a film titled "Back in Action" with costars Glenn Close and Cameron Diaz. Furthermore, It is also unclear how long Jamie will need to remain in the hospital, or if and when he'll be able to return to working on the movie.
